A newly built residence on the top of a hill and not far from the sea. 8 km outside of Stintino, an old fishering village, where you can find beautiful beaches. In the centre of Stintino you'll find everything for shopping, crafts, gifts, etc. Restaurants, bars and pizzerias are also available. For night life there are some discos on the place. There is also a diving centre and windsurfing is available.

Minimum stay 1 week from Tuesday or Saturday Compulsory Fee: The price includes eletricity, water, gas, bed linen, courtesy kit. On demand: towels Euro 10,00 p.p. Final Cleaning: Villa 4 EUR 60; Villa 6 EUR 75; Villa 8 EUR 90. Excluding kitchenette taken care by guest otherwise extra supplement of EUR 50. Advance Fee at your arrival: EUR 150. Refundable at the end of the stay after an inspection at the apartment. In case of departure outside of reception opening times the advance fee can be sent by mail to the address of the guest.
